Courses

A Calm Life Meditation Course is run over a five week period, each session is one hour long. The courses are run at The Lodge in Gargrave, North Yorkshire.

Prices

A five week course costs £60 and there needs to be a minimum of 4 people booked for a course to run.

One to one courses cost £175


All courses must be paid for in advance.
