The course covers all aspects of labour, birth and the early days of parenthood.
A maximum of 6 couples or 8 individuals or a minimum of 3 couples or 4 individuals.
The courses consist of 6 hours (3x2hour sessions) either in a venue in Skipton or in The Lodge in Gargrave ( depending on numbers).
Individual or couple courses are run over 8 hours to suit you and your availability. They can be in your own home, in a mutually convenient venue or in The Lodge in Gargrave.

This course can be run on its own over a 6 hour period (3x2hour sessions) or incorporated with the birth and parenthood course.
