Many people think that relaxation and meditation are not for them. They sleep 7-8 hours a night and thats all the relaxation they need. Calm life techniques enable you to deal with stress, anxiety, phobias and just to take time out when it is needed.
Calm Life courses build up the tools and techniques gradually enabling you to use them as part of everyday life.
The course needs a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people for it to run.
