Children's Mindfulness and Meditation Courses

Each course is over 5 weeks and is held at The Lodge, Gargrave, BD233SR

The cost is £20.00 per child and is payable in advance. To book a course please email claire@calmbeginning for a booking form. 

Mini Buddhas 

5-11 year olds  

Thursday 3.45pm to 4.30pm  

Young Buddhas 

 12-16 year olds

Thursdays 4.45pm to 5.30pm
